The BOXER RD is a manually operated back-flushing filter. The ergonomically shaped single-handed twist grip and the special back-flushing valve enable easy back-flushing, even at high water pressure. The valve is also designed to close automatically.
Cleaning is done by rinsing the filter insert. The filter mesh is made of stainless steel with a filter fineness of 100 µm (according to DIN 19632). The filter cap is made of transparent blue, high-strength plastic and can be screwed on by hand. This makes replacing the filter insert very easy and no tools are required. The filter cap is also resistant to common household cleaning products.
The BOXER RD can be easily connected to a sewer pipe via the splash-proof sewer connection (according to DIN EN 1717). A rotatable connection flange is included in the scope of delivery.
In contrast to the BOXER R, the BOXER RD is also equipped with a pressure reducer (noise tested according to group 1), which is continuously adjustable from 1 to 6 bar. The set water pressure can be read and checked at any time on the integrated manometer. An insert with an integrated non-return valve is available as an accessory so that this filter can also be used as a domestic water station.
The modular system allows for quick conversion to a BOXER KD fine filter or a BOXER AD automatic filter.
