What characterizes the NMC Insul-Tube H Plus Coil pipe insulation ?

The flexible pipe insulation consists of closed-cell, rubber-based foam and is supplied as a rolled-up sleeve in various lengths. This has the advantage that you can always cut off exactly the length that is actually needed, so that the amount of waste is significantly reduced

Due to its low thermal conductivity, Insul-Tube H Plus Coil reduces Heat loss from distribution pipes in plumbing and heating installations by up to 80% and meets the requirements of the EnEV (German Energy Saving Ordinance). In addition, the hose has sound-absorbing properties to reduce cracking and flowing noises in pipes.

For which applications do I need 50% EnEV?

To keep the energy loss of a house as low as possible, the insulation of pipes is mandatory. You need 50% insulation according to EnEV especially within heated rooms, because there the temperature loss of a pipe is kept within limits.
