ExaliQ:SC6-e dosing system

Proportional dosing of exaliQ mineral solutions in conjunction with the softliQ: SD/MD water softeners to protect the drinking water pipe from corrosion in residential buildings. An electronic level monitoring system switches off the pump when the dosing tank is empty. This protects the pump from running dry. The operating status of the dosing system is indicated by means of LED lights on the control panel. The green LED ring also provides information about the exaliQ status and flashes to indicate a low or empty level or a fault. The electronic self-monitoring system prevents impermissible overdosing in the event of faults by switching off the pump. Data stored for approx. 12 months, such as the date and the amount of water that has flowed through, can be read out via a USB interface using a USB stick and printed out in the form of a table using a printer.
