with integrated pressure relief in the direction of the tank. Compact vent cap made of transparent plastic with a 2-float safety system to prevent the oil foam from escaping through the vent hole. The vent hose is connected inconspicuously from the side. The return oil is routed to the venting via the float chamber and can be directly admixed to the supply or, by switching a valve, can be subjected to a renewed filtering process. In multiple filtering, the return oil ensures an increased flow rate, so that the filter cup is permanently filled with deaerated oil. During servicing, the vacuum manometer indicates the pump vacuum. With the stopcock closed, the suction power of the burner pump can be checked. An increased vacuum indicates filter contamination. The emptying device makes every filter change a clean affair: attach the hose, open the emptying valve, loosen the union nut of the filter cup and drain the oil in a controlled manner. When changing the burner hose at regular intervals, a bypass valve must also be opened to allow the oil to drain from the float chamber
into the filter cup and out through the emptying device. Watertight up to 10 meters of water.
